Most manufacturers strongly discourage covering heat pumps, air conditioners, or other heat-emitting equipment. The use of a cover may impede proper air circulation, compromise safe operation, and nullify the warranty for your heat pump or air conditioning unit. Consequently, we advise against placing a Uglee Air Con cover on any heat pumps or air conditioners unless explicit approval has been obtained from the manufacturer. If, however, your heating equipment is confirmed by the manufacturer to be safely coverable, we can modify the cover by removing the slats over the air vents to promote increased air flow. It is important to note that the suitability of this modification for your specific requirements cannot be guaranteed.
