Limited Warranty for Uglee Aluminium Enclosures

Storetech Industries provides this Limited Warranty for the Uglee Aluminium Enclosure, ensuring product quality and performance under normal use.

Warranty Coverage:

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period of 10 years from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered:

• Material Defects: The aluminium structure of the enclosure will be free from defects, including rust, corrosion, or warping under normal environmental conditions.
• Workmanship: Any defects in the fabrication or assembly of the enclosure, such as misalignment, loose joints, or improper sealing, will be repaired or replaced.

What Is Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation.
• Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
• Damage due to exposure to extreme weather conditions (including hurricanes, tornadoes, or flooding) or any acts of nature.
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or cosmetic blemishes.
• All hardware and accessories, specifically gas struts, hinges, latches, and brackets, will be free from manufacturing defects and fit for purpose for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, or as specified by manufacturer’s warranty.

Claim Process:

To make a claim under this warranty, the original purchaser must contact Storetech Industries at 0800 235 2473 or info@uglee.co.nz within 30 days of discovering the defect. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Storetech reserves the right to inspect the product before authorizing a repair or replacement.

Warranty Resolution:

At our discretion, Storetech will either repair or replace the defective aluminium enclosure or any defective part. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund may be issued. The warranty does not cover labour or shipping costs related to warranty claims unless otherwise stated.

Limitations:

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
