Shipping Policy

Manufacturing Lead Time: All orders have a manufacturing lead time of 10 business days.

Shipping Times:

  • North Island: Approximately 2 to 5 working days after manufacturing.
  • South Island: Approximately 5 to 14 working days after manufacturing.

In total, you can expect your order to arrive within approximately:

  • North Island: 12 to 15 working days (10 days for manufacturing + 2 to 5 days for shipping).
  • South Island: 15 to 24 working days (10 days for manufacturing + 5 to 14 days for shipping).

Shipping Costs:

Freight to Depot:

  • Delivery to any PBT Transport Depot or Mainfreight Transport Depot:
    • North Island depot deliveries: $50.00
    • South Island depot deliveries: $85.00

Home Deliveries:

  • North Island home deliveries: $200.00
  • South Island home deliveries: $260.00

Terms of Sale:

  • Custom Products: We do not accept returns for custom-made products unless prior arrangements have been made and the product is returned in its original condition.
  • Other Products: Returns are accepted with a 20% restocking fee.
